Leon Chambers was the kind of man who lit up every room he walked into - full of heart, grit, and an unstoppable zest for life. Leon was a true man's man here in Langley, beloved and trusted by everyone without question. The kind of guy who would charge into hell with a garden hose; for the people he loved, without a second thought.
Leon had a deep love for boxing, golf, and most of all - people. He adored kids, embraced life with color and energy, and there was never a dull moment when Leon was around.
This golf tournament at Newlands Golf & Country Club is held in his honor, bringing together everyone whose life he touched to celebrate his incredible legacy.
